Hi! I’m Adrian ,
the dietitian behind AEH
I'm a Latino Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. My pronouns are he/él, and I identify as a cis-gender man.
I hold a Master's degree in Exercise & Nutrition Science from Lipscomb University and a Master's in Dietetics from Marshall University. I have gained experience in various practice areas throughout my career, including primary care, long-term care, community nutrition, and critical care. My true passion lies in connecting with individuals and positively impacting their lives through the power of food and nutrition.
I help adults suffering from digestive problems such as constipation, diarrhea, gas, and bloating; by creating individualized nutrition-based interventions to alleviate the stress and frustration around what to eat.
I focus on finding solutions rather than simply placing a bandaid on the problem, to get you back on track so you can start living your life to the fullest.
